Krakus mound

Krakus mound, mound of Krak - mound located in Krakow, on the right bank of the Vistula River in the district Podgórze, piled on the highest hill of limestone stromal Krzemionki - Lasota Hill (271 m). The height from the base - 16 m, diameter at the base of 57 m, the upper 8 m (top of the flat), the volume of 19 100 m³. On the mound Krakusa Sleeves are associated celebrations.
In the historical Malopolska outside Krakow great tumulus mounds are still in Krakuszowicach, Leszczkowie, Industry, Sandomierz, Soltsy, Święcicy and Golden.
